Victoria O’Dell is a native Texan passionate about community and inclusion. They believe residents, businesses, and government can work together to create resilient communities in Texas and beyond. Currently, Victoria is the Program and Communication Manager for Capital City Innovation(CCI), the non-profit facilitating Austin’s Innovation District, and is serving their second year on the Austin Design Week advisory board.

Before joining CCI, Victoria was a freelance designer that worked with non-profits, small businesses, and startups such as Anaconda, Texas Freedom Network, and Planned Parenthood Texas Votes.

She graduated from Texas State with a BFA in Communication Design in 2015.
