Amy is a seasoned marketer and communications strategist with
experience in both the private and non-profit sectors. Amy spent the first part
of her career in the San Francisco Bay Area working with global brands,
including Abbott Labs, Boston Scientific and Stryker, among others.

She currently serves as Founder and Chief Communications Officer
for Artemis Communications, a marketing, communications and PR project
consultancy specializing in the life sciences industry. 

Working with medical technology colleagues and clients for the
past 12 years has enabled Amy to develop a keen understanding of the industry’s
communications processes from product development to commercialization and
lifecycle maintenance.  Amy has also spent
time with the MedtechWomen organization and the Health Technology Forum.  She looks forward to sharing her knowledge
and leadership experience with the TMDA Board and with the larger industry in
Central Texas.
