Karen Gordesky has more than 30 years of sales, negotiating, sales management, client relations, and marketing experience. She has a proven track record assessing client needs and developing practical business solutions both internally and in the field.
Ms. Gordesky began her career as a staff laboratorian for a reference lab. She has worked with Fortune 500 companies including Johnson & Johnson/Depuy Synthes, Abbott Laboratories, and Zimmer through a variety of positions including account management, regional management, Marketing management and national accounts director where she excelled at developing national account programs in both the medical diagnostic and medical device industries. Her experience includes working with and negotiating with GPOs, major IDNs, ASCs, and individual clients. She has set up successful national account/contracting departments for several companies.
Her BS degree is in Medical Technology from Penn State University and she is a current member of the ASCP (American Society of Clinical Pathologists). Using her professional experience, Ms. Gordesky founded CPGConsult.com in 2009 and currently works as a consultant for sales/sales management, contracting, and sales strategy.
